jadi seorang dental student sangat memenatkan!*sigh*
just now i got extraction session dekat polyclinic PPUM.
quite fun taking out patient teeth. gagaga

perasaan happy tu memuncak climaks when i tengok gigi itu dah longgar till berjaya dikeluarkan,
for fuck's sake, happy tersangat sangat time tu!hahaha




but sometimes, patient keep complaining they feel pain even after
anaesthesized : *bius* .
that is a fucking horrible thing.
when i poke their gums for bius,
but sooner if they still got pain.
that is a sign my injection wasn't good enuff.
that's is a sign i wasn't be a good dentist yet.*sigh*
oh no, mereka yang mengada-ngada.

today session is very special.
i got mental disorder patient. yes, he is gila!
he is homeless i guess * ops not too detail ok!*
poor him. i feel sorry for him.
siapa suruh tak belajar pandai pandai.

first i ask him to sit on dental chair, ok he refused.he doesn't want to do so.
dia cakap, saya takut doctor.
"doctor kecik saja meh, no worries ok", i replied.
then after sesi calm down patient, baru i start examine and diagnosed him. (E&D)

since he is homeless, yes he has poor oral hygiene.
when i ask him about medical problems;
" you ada hypertension tak?you ada kencing manis tak?"
then guess what he said.
he said " oh itu semua sudah lama hilang"
aha. rite. boleh pulak kencing manis itu hilang kan?

since all soalan dia tak boleh jawab,and tak boleh pakai punya orang.
then i panggil doctor la senang.
good thing, doctor cakap cabut saja, jgn buang masa.
bau dia saja sudah semerbak bau satu klinik. ok itu tipu.
doctor tak cakap macam tu. cuma doctor tutup hidung je=))

then i poke his gum, he is quite nice.
doesn't push my hand while i inject him.
closed his eyes and sealed his eyes rapat2.
pheww, dia tengah tahan sakit.



yes dental syringe memang besar.




these are tooth forceps untuk cabut gigi.

tak sampai 1 minit, gigi dia sudah berjaya i cabut.
" eh why so cepat? i don't feel sakit when u take out my tooth"
oh well. i'm a good dentist. i replied. itu tipu.
oh bullshit laa you nurul. damn perasan.
" eleh gigi orang tu dah goyang boleh la " ,sayup sayap suara kawan2.
ok mereka jealous. jahat mengata. mulut orang. kalau boleh i tutup dah lama i jahit.

banyak lagi patient lepas tu, tp xlarat nk cerita.
