life getting harder nowadays for the foolish

i dont know why i got trapt with numerous trouble this week..
i got Traveller's diarrheoa upon back from vacation to kelantan..
plus i got dysmenorrheoa or simply known as period pain..
and when these pain join together...
the pain is like earthquake with 7.0 skala richter in my stomach
OMG

i didn't eat for 4 days..
because what is going in will going out later by vomitting..
its really distorting!

and my day going distressed..
what i am trying to do,,
will be in vain in the end..

i dont know what i am supposed to do to make my life smoothly sailing without any trouble..
